Team ROC Kids is a martial arts program that instructs children in multiple disciplines. Children will receive instruction in Gracie Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling and Thai Boxing. Our one of a kind program will also help children learn how to defend themselves against bullies, child predators and kidnappers. We will show your child how to even escape life threatening situations.
